Vaccinate, distribute masks, identify the sick!

Game mechanics:
Moving left and right by a physician, it is necessary to identify patients among the citizens.
When pointing the infrared ray, a healthy citizen turns yellow, and a sick person turns red.
Healthy citizens need to be vaccinated by getting into them with a syringe with a vaccine.
In sick citizens, you must first hit with a mask, and then block the path with a physician.
A sick citizen coughs when he gets a vaccine. If a healthy citizen is nearby without a mask, he becomes infected with the virus and also becomes sick.
To replenish the supply of masks or vaccines, the medic must be moved to the extreme left or extreme right position, respectively.
The "Virus" penalty point is awarded if:
- a healthy unvaccinated citizen, crossed the red and white line;
- a sick citizen, crossed the red and white line;
- a physician collided with a sick citizen without a mask.
The game is considered lost if the "Virus" has exceeded 10.
The game is won when the timer counts down to 0.
